PRINCIPAL M ESS AGE Dear Parents, Dear Parents, We had a great week of IA testing and our students gave their 100%! Thank you for sending your child to school each and every day. Next week will be the last opportunity for students to complete exams and to submit any missing work for the semester. We need 100% of students to come to school each day – NO EXCUSES. Attendance Goal 98% Our attendance for this current week was 98% for College Prep. Please be sure your child is at school every instructional day. Schedule doctor’s appointments afterschool. You can drop off your excuse with Ms. L. Garcia

Homeroom with the highest average of students present during December 5 – 21st will win this incentive. Winning homeroom will receive: 1. GET AIR Trampoline park Gift Card 2. Pizza Party 3. Enter drawing for a chance to win PlayStation 4 or Xbox Incentive will be awarded December 21, 2016. Students must be present to win! Learning Center The learning center will be open on Monday & Tuesday for students to stop in to complete any missing assignments. The learning center will be closed on Wednesday.

Winter Break December 22, 2016January 6, 2017 Classes Resume January 9, 2017 Assistant Principal of Operations Early Drop Off Students may not be dropped off before 7:10 AM. Drop off time begins at 7:15am. If students arrive late, they need to be walked into the building/reception area and parents must sign the tardy log. Cellphone Usage

The use of cellular phones while driving is prohibited on the school grounds. The safety of our students is our top priority. Pick-up Time / Dismissal Afternoon pick-up times are from 3:45 – 4:15 PM. Parents all students must be picked up by 5:15 p.m., there is no reason why students should be on campus after 5:30 p.m. There is no Tutorial or Learning Center on Friday.
