This is your MaineCare ID card. Keep this card with you always. Only you can use your card. It is against the law to let anyone else use it. Keep your MaineCare card even if your coverage ends. You may get MaineCare again. If that happens, you can use the same card. If you lose your card, have changes or need a new one, contact your eligibility worker.

Things to know about your MaineCare ID card  Each MaineCare member will get his or her own card.  Always carry your MaineCare card with you. Lead testing Every child should be tested 3 times in the first years of life for low iron in their blood and lead poisoning. Have your children tested at 9 to 12 months, 1 ½ to 2 years and 2 ½ to 3 years old. The test can take place at your doctor’s office, at the WIC office, at a lab, or at Head Start. Follow these numbers everyday: 5 - five or more fruits and vegetables, 2 - two hours or less of TV or computer time, 1 - one hour or more of physical activity, 0 - zero sugary drinks, more water and low fat milk.
