Introduction to the Role This role works closely with the eMarketing Manager and eMarketing Systems Specialist and is responsible for implementing automated marketing campaigns and student acquisition strategies.

The Professional and English Programs (PEP) division is a division with approximately 1000 FTE staff and turnover of approximately $200m. For more than 20 years, Navitas Professional has been developing and delivering courses and programs for students looking to advance their knowledge, skills and careers. We offer an extensive range of Nationally Accredited courses from Certificate to Masters level in a wide range of discipline areas such as Psychology, Counselling, Nursing and Criminal Justice. Navitas Professional also delivers training and business solutions to employers to meet their requirements for “work-ready”, skilled employees and provides learners with relevant, practical tertiary and vocational skills, work experiences and support in their career development and working lives. For students intending to study English, Navitas Professional English is Australia’s largest provider of English Language training with 29,000 students and clients across 18 teaching centres. The division is a leading provider of English language, settlement and work preparation programs for migrants and refugees with more than 21,000 clients in FY12. This role works closely with the eMarketing Manager and eMarketing Systems Specialist and is responsible for implementing automated marketing campaigns and student acquisition strategies.

3. Key Result Areas (Areas of Accountability and Responsibility) 1. Digital Automation Systems Ensures effective digital campaign development and execution by: Implementing, monitoring, analysing and reviewing automated emarketing campaigns for student acquisition (using CRM, marketing automation tools, e.g. Marketo, web sites, web enrolments and online booking systems) Assist eMarketing Manager to develop emarketing plans to support business objectives 2. eMarketing Campaign Support Contributes to effective emarketing campaigns by: Effective problem solving through automation, CRM and student management systems to achieve business outcomes, e.g. Marketo and Salesforce. Assist with the creation, implementation, analysis and reporting of emarketing campaigns, including EDMs, landing pages, microsites, nurturing campaigns and lead generation forms through automation and CRM systems, e.g. Marketo and Salesforce 3. Campaign Analysis and Maintenance Ensures a high standard of administration and analysis by: Developing reports to analyse effectiveness of emarketing campaigns Continuous improvement of campaigns Continuous maintenance of campaigns and websites 4. Brand and Compliance Maintain brand consistency and clarity across websites and emarketing activity Contributes to the maintenance of client privacy by: Ensuring Australian Privacy Principles are understood and adhered to Ensuring client records and personal information is stored securely according to Navitas privacy policy Contributes to the maintenance of a safe working environment, within their area of operations, by: Maintaining local workplaces that are safe and without risk to health; Ensuring relevant occupational health and safety regulations are complied with at local workplaces 5. Qualification in digital, business, marketing or a related discipline
2 years in a similar role
2 years’ experience in using marketing automation, email marketing systems and CRMs e.g. Marketo and Salesforce
Results focused with strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
Solid critical thinking skills and ability to develop solutions to complex problems
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Sound project management skills

Experience using CMS and basic html to update websites
Familiar with data extraction
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set priorities with conflicting workloads and manage own time.
