Digital Marketing Coordinator Full time, 12 month Max Term, Sydney CBD Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment.

Introduction to the role The role will work across the University Partnerships Australasian division to support development of digital campaigns that generate leads and conversions to drive student international and domestic enrolments. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide advice and consultancy on digital campaign plans/ marketing automation activity, support implementation, and will monitor and report on results. Essential Skills and Experience • 4 years minimum digital marketing experience. • Strong understanding of best practice digital advertising • Strong understanding of digital lead generation. • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Relevant qualifications in an appropriate field of study. • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a buzzing team environment. OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION: The role will work across the University Partnerships Australasian division to support development of digital campaigns that generate leads and conversions to drive student international and domestic enrolments. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide advice and consultancy on digital campaign plans/ marketing automation activity, support implementation, and will monitor and report on results.

10. Navitas Head of User Experience KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Digital Marketing and Recruitment •

Initiate and coordinate the development of international and domestic digital lead generation campaigns.



Analyse the performance of international digital campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations, based on internal knowledge.



Provide leadership and training for the internal Navitas Campaign Management team, based on each semester’s collective campaign performance.



Leverage data in the company’s marketing automation and CRM platforms to drive strategy and tactics and drive revenue models for future campaigns.



Provide consultation for digital marketing plans for individual Navitas colleges.

2. Marketing Automation •

In consultation with Marketing Communications Content Manager – Australasia: a.

Oversee and assist with the development of automated marketing campaigns.

b.

Execute rollout of Marketo campaigns to all Australasian Navitas colleges.

c.

Report on Marketo campaigns and explore opportunities for improvement.

3. Communication •

Day-to-day liaison with team members, colleges, external agencies.



Communicate changes and updates to Navitas staff, as required.



Document lead generation and conversion processes and workflows, as required.
