Digital Marketing Officer – Fixed Term Contract  

Position Details Digital Marketing Officer, located in Delhi, coordinates and executes the global Navitas e-marketing activities. He or she is key in managing the creation of best in class digital campaigns. The goal is to attract potential students from all over the world who would like to enrol at one of our 38 colleges. Working on a fixed term contract, the Digital Marketing Officer, supported by the e-marketing team in India, manages the execution of marketing activities, testing route maps which result in increasing conversion rates to meet and exceed student enrolment targets. The ideal contract period is November 1st – June 30th for 8 months. Marketing activities will focus predominantly on global lead generation (performance marketing, social media advertising, inbound/content marketing) and customer journey mapping (nurturing, marketing automation, webinars, etc.).

The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:

         

Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing experience. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Engineering or any relevant field Experience in the tertiary education industry or experience studying abroad is a plus but not mandatory Analytical savviness. You are comfortable working with a wide spectrum of analytical tools (Eg. Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Google Optimizer, Hotjar, Marketo) Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Understanding of customer journeys Upbeat attitude, self-driven focus and motivation, and desire to work in a results-oriented, matrixed environment. Strong ability to interpret data and transform information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations Solid time management skills demonstrated by the ability to execute on multiple projects while working on a tight deadline Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, facilitation, people and project management skills Good people skills to connect and relate with peers
