Dining Dollars Program 2016
If there is one thing that makes showing our tourists around our nation’s capital that much more enjoyable, is a good meal. With The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Dining Dollars program you get just that, benefiting groups both large and small. We offer great selection of menus from 15 of our participating food court eateries and restaurants-all conveniently located in one of the areas premier malls.
Cost • Student and Adult rates are $8.25 per person • Vouchers are good for lunch and dinner at participating Food Court merchants. • You will receive (1) complimentary voucher for every 20 to accommodate Bus Drivers, Tour Directors or Chaperons. It is the responsibility of the tour operator to present the complimentary coupon to the guides or drivers. The coupon will not differ in appearance from the regular vouchers. Please ensure that these vouchers are being used to reward the excellent work of your guides and drivers.
Payment Options We do not accept credit cards and vouchers must be purchased in advance by company checks, bank checks, or US funds money order. Payment must be accompanied with completed order form.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not issue monetary refunds for any vouchers that were purchased and not redeemed within the valid 2016 program year. However, you may exchange any unused 2016 vouchers for the new 2017 vouchers. All vouchers will be honored through December 31, 2016, however, most tour groups do not have a great deal of tours leftover so, exchanges must be postmarked no later than November 15, 2016. Please contact us if you intend on using your 2016 vouchers with an additional tour after the November 15, 2016 deadline. Unused vouchers need to include cover letter, complete contact information and shipping charges.
Ordering • Please allow 5-7 business days upon receival of payment and order form, in addition to selected shipping time to process your order. Size of Group and Arrival Time
While you are visiting the mall and dining in our food court it is our goal to make sure you have the best experience possible. It is important to make food vendors, stores, and security aware that you are coming to assist with safety and staffing. Please provide group size and arrival time with your order. We also appreciate notification of arrival time changes.
Parking Parking is available for tour buses, however, parking is not handled by The Fashion Centre of Pentagon City it is handled by Arlington County. For more information visit their website http://www.stayarlington.com and search: tour bus parking.
Wheelchair Accessibility The mall is accessible for those with disabilities. Guest Services also provides wheelchair services on first come first serve basis.
