Director of Marketing and Admission Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Permanent – Full Time Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs and language training. The Director of Marketing and Admission (DMA) will lead the development, profitable implementation and review of college marketing and student acquisition strategies and initiatives to achieve student growth targets aligned with university partner and regulatory requirements. Selection Criteria 

Proven strategic marketing and sales leadership capability within education services



Ability to develop commercially viable business plans that deliver on top and bottom line growth expectations



Effective operational knowledge and understanding of University pathway programs



Deep knowledge and understanding of tertiary university market, including key market drivers, regulatory framework, competitive threats and emerging trends



Ability to develop insights and strategies through sales and marketing tools and technology including Salesforce, Marketo and other relevant technology



Ability to articulate value propositions in a clear and compelling way



Ability to convince senior internal and external stakeholders of the merits of strategic plans and proposals



Ability to lead a team of specialist professionals



Ability to take data and analysis to drive business decision making



Ability to deliver key messages through multi-media channels



Ability to respond quickly to market trends to deliver commercial outcomes

Role Purpose Lead the development, profitable implementation and review of college marketing and student acquisition strategies and initiatives to achieve student growth targets aligned with university partner and regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities  



    

Develop application, recruitment & enrolment targets (international and domestic as required) as well as International/Domestic BU targets Develop and revise, annual and quarterly, student acquisition targets by product and overall BU growth, to achieve overall college revenue and profit goals by: o reviewing spend and results from previous period o articulating the college value proposition with an appreciation of market nuances o ensuring college recruitment strategy is aligned/re-aligned with UP Divisional goals o ensuring college and the university partner are aligned in terms of agent strategy Develop student acquisition forecasts by: o incorporating destination country regulatory changes and product trends o Monitoring university partner educational landscape and incorporating into product development o Mapping assumptions that underpin student growth target Undertake college and partner planning for source country visits Maintain relationships with destination country regulatory/govt bodies Maintain College relationships with sponsor agencies based in destination country Co-ordinate college familiarisation trips Approved college specific "source country" agent relationship management
