SUNY Oswego is looking for an online training library with over 100,000 videos of the highest quality and engaging tutorials. It will be utilized to provide training and augment textbook usage. It needs to provide the following: • Training from beginner to advanced • Better learning through rich media video • Cloud solution—no downloaded content, no installation necessary • Access to instructors’ exercise files • the ability to embed links to courses and playlists within an LMS, learning portal. • Single-sign on authentication integration • Mobile compatibility from any connected device – native apps for iPhone & iPad • Simple, scalable and centralized administration • Offer step-by-step administration training • Ability for the Administrator(s) to assign specific learning paths to different groups • Summarize usage details for your entire organization and individual users • Tracks which courses get the most views • Lists courses completed by users and their certificates of completion • Provides data for each user’s operating system, browser, media player, and IP address

The product will be required to continually add new courses and content every week at no additional cost. The product should have authors who are experienced teachers and proven experts in their respective fields. The authors should instruct users in proper workflow, problem-solving skills, techniques, and principles, all the while anticipating the most likely questions and eagerly sharing their experiences and advice. The course content should cover areas within 3D + Animation, Audio, Business, CAD, Design, Developer, Photography, Video, Web and more. Each course should have searchable transcripts and read along with closed-captioned transcripts. The content should be specifically designed to provide start-to-finish courses and individual task-based learning. It needs to provide a flexible learning environment that accommodates beginning and expert users alike and a simple and easy-to-use modular format that can be accessed via any computer or mobile device. Users must have access to all courses 24/7. Contract term is one to two years.
