Throughout the book of John, people were invited to come and see who Jesus was and how he could change their lives. Today is no different—we’re each given the opportunity to experience Jesus, declare Him as Lord, and be born again.

Discussion Questions 1. What part of the message stood out to you the most? Why? 2. Did you experience phases of hiding and questioning before making a decision to follow Jesus? Talk about each phase and what ultimately led you to that decision. If you’re still in the hiding or questioning phase, what is holding you back? 3. Read John 3:1-8. What does it look like for a person to be physically alive and spiritually lifeless? What happens when a person is spiritually reborn? 4. What are 1-2 ways you can begin to apply what you learned in the message this week?

Challenge Think of someone you could come alongside this week and share with them who Jesus is and what He has done. Invite them to begin that discovery process and encourage them to ask questions.
