DONATED LONE STAR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY SCHOLARSHIP Scholarship applicants are responsible for the balance of the program cost. Applicants are reviewed, and $100.00 scholarships awarded, based on date received and application content. In order to be considered for a Lone Star Leadership Academy scholarship, applicants must submit the following items listed below: 1. A completed Lone Star Leadership Academy application with payment included (either the full tuition minus $100.00, or the deposit minus $100.00). 2. A completed scholarship application (see below). 3. Documentation that the student is eligible for free or reduced-price meals at his/her school. 4. A thank you card or letter for the donor (letters need to be on stationary, NOT notebook paper) that is written by the student and addressed “To Whom It May Concern”. It should be written neatly, thank the donor, and state what the student would like to accomplish while attending the program. 5. All of the above items must be submitted TOGETHER in the same envelope at the same time.
