Donation Request Form Forest Edge Winery takes pride in our support of local nonprofit organizations. As a family owned winery we understand the challenges behind raising the funds needed to be successful. Each year we receive hundreds of requests for charitable donations and unfortunately, we are unable to donate to them all. We allot a set amount of product as charitable donations each month. It should be noted that we do not donate alcohol but can offer a substantial discount to non-profit organizations wishing to purchase wine for their event. Call us at 502-531-9610 for details if interested in purchasing wine for an event. We will consider any tax-deductible organization in Bullitt County and surrounding areas. Please fill out this form if you are interested in a donation from our company and attach any additional information you feel we might need. Recipients are based on causes we, as a company, feel passionate about as well as ability to prove 501(c) charitable nonprofit standing. All donation requests will be reviewed within two weeks after we receive them. You will be contacted by email whether or not your request is approved. Thank you!
