Worship Leader – Northside Campus Northside Campus Pastor Part-time, Non-exempt

Ministry Description: The Worship Leaders primary purpose is to develop a worship ministry capable of providing inspiring and engaging worship that encourages the body to enter into corporate and personal worship to the glory of God. Primary Responsibilities:  Lead worship during weekend service at campus site  Rehearse with worship team each week to prepare for weekend service  Attend weekly huddle meeting for all campuses  Foster an atmosphere of true worship and dedication to faithful service  Identify worship songs to be added to song library  Be an equipper. Find, invite and train people for the worship team to multiply ministry.  Perform other duties as assigned by campus pastor Qualifications:  Experience leading worship  Some formal musical training and background preferred  Maintains personal, spiritual, and professional growth  Possesses a vibrant growing personal committed relationship with Christ.  Multi-cultural musical ability, experience and flexibility  Embrace the mission and vision of Door Creek Church Personal Qualifications:  Door Creek Church attender who shares our values and vision for ministry and regularly nurtures their own spiritual growth  Ability to work independently or as a member of a team  Creative, detail oriented, flexible, and decisive with the ability to organize and coordinate work, set priorities, create and maintain systems, and motivate others  Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills  A spirit of enthusiasm and optimism  The ability to work well with people and to resolve conflict well  Sincere humility, a teachable spirit Physical Demands  
