The secret to Holding It Together at home is living with Jesus at the center of my life.

I am either part of what is holding my family together or I am part of what is tearing it apart -- and the strength of my relationship with God is what makes the difference.

Colossians  3:18-­‐21  

“Wives,  respect  your  husbands,  as  is  fi?ng  in   the  Lord.    Husbands,  love  your  wives  and  do  not   be  harsh  with  them.  Children,  obey  your   parents  in  everything,  for  this  pleases  the  Lord.   Fathers,  do  not  embiFer  your  children,  or  they   will  become  discouraged.”

Your husband is most hurt when he feels DISRESPECTED because his deepest desire is to be the focus of your Admiration Your wife is most hurt when she feels UNLOVED because her deepest desire is to be the focus of your Adoration

Therefore,  as  God’s  chosen  people,  holy  and   dearly  loved,  clothe  yourselves  with   compassion,  kindness,  humility,  gentleness  and   paUence….    Forgive  as  the  Lord  forgave  you.     And  over  all  these  virtues  put  on  love,  which   binds  them  all  together  in  perfect  unity.
