The application fee for JK-8 includes the fee for the entrance exam. Payment of the enrollment fee and completion of the re-enrollment process by January 24th secures each returning student's place for the coming year.

FOOD SERVICE Bell Shoals processes meal service transactions through www.k12paymentcenter.com which allows parents the ability to review and monitor payments on a daily basis. Parents should maintain a positive balance in their child's account at all times.

SPORTS FEES Bell Shoals offers competitive sports teams for 4th - 8th grade students. Fees are assessed per sport.
EXPLORERS CLUB Explorers Club is program at Bell Shoals designed to help parents who need care for their children on a regular basis beyond the hours of the school day. Explorers Club offers supervision and a variety of enrichment activities for children from our ELC through 8th grade. Families may choose part time care (1 to 3 days per week) or full time care (4 to 5 days per week). Daily activities include homework time, snack time, supervised free play, crafts and organized games. For safety and staffing requirements all enrollment intentions must be prescheduled. Morning care begins at 6:30 AM. After care ends at 6:00 PM. Fees are published on our website.
THE FINE PRINT Tuition is paid monthly via automatic debits through FACTS. You may choose to have the payments debited on the 5th or the 20th of each month. The annual fee for this service is $45 per family. The first installment is either June 5th or June 20th. The last installment is April 5th or April 20th. Tuition includes books, insurance, some specialists' fees, local field trips, & other resources. Bell Shoals offers a multichild discount to help enable families to provide Christian education for all of their children. The oldest child will be charged full tuition and each subsequent child will receive a 9% discount. If you have a child in a VPK program, sibling discounts and paid in full discounts are not available. Bell Shoals offers a discount of $100 per student if tuition is paid in full prior to June 1. If a student is withdrawn, all payments up to and including the date of withdrawal are forfeited. If a student withdraws after the first day of school, a 15% balance of contract applies.
