How to be Recognized as a Healthy Harlingen Workforce Member Complete the free application assessment by October 31st to see if you qualify as a Healthy Harlingen Workforce member. The assessment, powered by IT'S TIME TEXAS, helps employers gain a stronger understanding of their current health and wellness program, and provides them with direct access to trusted leaders in the industry that can help solve their workforce health needs. Healthy Harlingen will also follow up with each employer who takes the assessment with specific action items that will help them improve their health and wellness program. All qualifying businesses will receive a Healthy Harlingen decal to recognize their business success in supporting a healthy workforce and community in Harlingen.
