Red Door High Schoolers Helping the Homeless You don’t have to travel to Africa to help those in need! That’s why the Red Door continues to offer safe opportunities for students to express their love and faith right here at home! With over 56 trips and counting into the inner city, we know this will transform the way you see those who are homeless. It’s inspiring to watch as loving students collide with the broken hearted, creating a powerful epiphany of love, faith, and hope. It will be an experience that will radically impact the way you view homelessness! Pastor Rod
Students can expect to prepare meals and serve them in Skid Row Rescue mission, pray with those living on the street, help put together food care packages for families living below the poverty level, attend an inner city church service and ride on the Los Angeles Metro Subway system to experience ethnic diverse food.
