Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is giving notice of its intent to award a contract for Bid (IFB) issued under reference number 227413 Defibrillators (AED) as outlined within the bid document. Award is being given to Chicago United Industries Inc, the low-cost responsive and responsible bidder. Award was made by lowest net group total. Anticipated cost has been deemed fair and reasonable. 1 vendor was disqualified due to non-responsiveness, 3 vendors did not meet specifications on line #1. All lines were awarded. Contract start date is an estimate. Actual start date will be no sooner than last signature on contract or execution, whichever occurs last.
