Volunteers Needed for Taste of Hilliard & Business Expo— August 3 The Taste of Hilliard & Business Expo is a huge event and would not be possible without the help of volunteers! Volunteers are needed to assist with parking, set-up, admissions, and other duties. Volunteers can arrive in shifts that will be between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Graduates Received Hollyfest Foundation Scholarships Seven Hilliard graduates of 2016 received special recognition by the Hollyfest Scholarship Foundation sponsored by the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce. Hilliard Bradley winners were Sydney Preston for the $8,000 scholarship and Mitchell Giese for the $2,000 scholarship. Sydney will be attending the University of Cincinnati and Mitchell will attend OSU. The recipients of Hilliard Darby were Rebecca McCarty who will go to Otterbein for the $8,000 scholarship and Nicole Hampton who will go to BGSU for the $2,000 scholarship. Breana White, a Hilliard Davidson graduate, was awarded the $8,000 scholarship and Anthony Ashley, also of Hilliard Davidson, was awarded the $2,000 scholarship. Breana will be attending Purdue and Anthony will be attending Florida State. Tolles Career & Technical Center winner was Carlie Snodgrass from Hilliard Bradley for the $1,000 scholarship who will attend Columbus State. Congratulations and best wishes to all of these scholarship recipients!
