@ Your Home Bed Time: Read John Chapter 1 and talk about how Jesus is God and man; God became a man.

Bed Time: Talk about what John 1:29 means with your child

Jesus is the Lamb of God, the sacrifice for me who takes away the sin of the world. God loves me and I can choose Him to be my Forever Friend.
Meal Time: Talk about how ordinary the 12 disciples were, and how they did extraordinary things as they followed Jesus, the Son of God. Talk about the ways your child can follow God.

Drive Time: Talk about how following Jesus means loving others unconditionally.
Trust I trust and worship Jesus
Bed Time: Read Matthew 14:22-32 together. Ask your child how knowing Jesus is all powerful helps him/her trust Jesus every day.

Meal Time: Talk about how unforgiving spirits can be harmful, but forgiving others who hurt them is hard. Lead your child to rely on Jesus by asking Him.

Family Project: The Lord’s Prayer is an example of how to pray to Him. Following the Lord’s prayer, have family prayer time. Prayer requires “listening and talking” honestly and sincerely. Family Project: Memorize the Lord’s Prayer. Using the pattern of the Lord’s Prayer, pray together: adoration, petition, confession and praise.
