The registration fee for this years tournament will be $200.00. If entering more than one team in any specific age group, please fill out a separate form for each team. Team rosters will be limited to 15 players. A January 1, 2017 age determination will be used. Birth Certificates should be available upon request. Registration due by June 7, 2015. After that, teams will only be accepted to fill individual divisions on a first come, first served basis. NO TRAVEL TEAMS WITH PLAYERS FROM MULTIPLE LEAGUES will be accepted. All players must be members of and participate in their community recreational ball league for a minimum of 5 games.
