Construct a multi-use trail, with a preferred width of 12 ft., along Garfield Avenue from an existing trail on US 92 to Minnesota Avenue. Funding for construction has not yet been identified. A related project, FM# 4302171, addresses the construction of a trail segment from the existing trail on US 92, northward along Marsh Road, to the Sperling Sports Complex. Total project cost is $900,000 including $150,000 design costs in FY 2011/2012.
