How do I claim expenses?

When booking a hotel, ensure that your subsistence is included. Ad-hoc subsistence claims will not be approved. For any other business travel and expenses outside of this arrangement, please see the Travel and Expenses Policy.

What other help might I be eligible for?

The business may consider offering you additional support dependent on your situation, you will be informed of whether you’re eligible by your manager and it will be stated in your Relocation offer letter.

Any additional

support you are offered is at the sole discretion of Tesco. Additional support could include the following:

Area orientation We have a Tesco appointed supplier who could support you in getting to know the local area and amenities so that you are better equipped in making decisions on schooling, home location etc.

More in-depth home search In addition to receiving a list of potential properties, you may also ask our Tesco appointed home search provider to accompany you on one day’s viewings.

School search You may be provided with assistance in searching for an appropriate school in your new location. Any fees or costs associated with the application process will neither be paid nor reimbursed by Tesco. Tesco will not subsidise any lump-sum deposits required to enroll your child/ren in your school of choice.

Additional storage You may be entitled to additional storage for up to a maximum of 6 months.
