TRIVENTO Argentina’s Winery of the Year 2009 Our company takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards. Trivento, founded in Mendoza in 1996, has two modern wineries with state-of-the-art crushing and pressing equipment. Its 28 million-litre winemaking and ageing capacity comprises 10 million litre in stainless steel tanks, and a temperature and humidity-controlled cellar containing 1,800 French and American oak barrels for the ageing of premium wines.
