Dream Catcher Retreats A Yoga + Sailing Adventure in the Florida Keys!
Relax, Refresh, and Recharge! Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or are a long time practitioner, this retreat will allow you to pause and connect to the natural rhythms within. Come away feeling nourished, calm, and connected to yourself as well as your surroundings. When we take time away from our daily routines and habitual patterns we give ourselves time to breathe and awaken to creativity & compassion.

Join Natalia Duke and her father Captain John Duke (over 45 years of sailing experience) for a weekend getaway aboard the 74-foot Schooner Dream Catcher. Spend your days sailing, snorkeling & relaxing whilst immersed in practices of mindfulness & meditation. Become part of the crew in this intimate group setting. The Dream Catcher can sleep 19 but we are limiting the participants to 10 for a more spacious experience! We will sleep below on bunks with curtains for privacy or up on the deck for an evening of stargazing. This unique experience will send a child in Nepal to school for a year, as a portion of your fee will be donated to the Himalayan People’s Project- Nepal.

(Kayak, walk, swim, read, or simply relax on the spacious deck) 11:30am: Sail training (navigation, knot tying, sail & line handling) 12pm: Organic Vegetarian Lunch (ie: hummus wraps & salad) 1pm-5pm: Sail to the reef for an afternoon of sailing, dolphin spotting & snorkeling 6pm: Evening meditation or relaxation yoga

Natalia Duke is a certified yoga instructor, Health Coach and practitioner of Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has studied and practiced yoga, meditation, and mindfulness all over the world. She draws on her travels and practices to offer you a unique opportunity in her hometown of Key West.
