Usage
Dulux Fungicidal Wash is an aqueous chemical wash which is low in odour, non-staining and completely biologically degradable. It has been specially formulated to kill fungus and algae growth on both interior and exterior surfaces, without affecting the adhesion and colour of subsequent paint coats. Dulux Fungicidal Wash is ready for use.

Drying Times
2 - 4 hours Leave on the surface for 24 hours then rinse with clean water to remove dead growth/residues.
Theoretical Coverage
Theoretical coverage which can be achieved under normal conditions is 10 - 20 m²/litre on smooth surfaces of average porosity at 30 microns dry film thickness.
Application
Cleaning Up
Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
Surface Preparation
Remove any mould, algae, lichen or moss by scraping and brushing. Dulux Fungicidal Wash will only be affective on surface growths. Where old growths have been trapped between coats during a previous re-decoration, all existing coating should be removed in order to treat the surface effectively.
Surface Information
Mix thoroughly by shaking the container. Apply the solution by brush (using a scrubbing action) to all affected areas. Leave for 24 hours and then thoroughly rinse and scrub with clean water to remove residues and dead growth. Repeat the process if necessary. On badly affected areas or where lichen is present high pressure water-hosing may be necessary to remove all organic growth completely. Do not use Hypochlorite Wash before or after Dulux Fungicidal Wash as it oxidises the active ingredient and makes it ineffective. If Hypochlorite Wash has been used, the surfaces must be thoroughly washed down with clean water before using Dulux Fungicidal Wash. Do not apply in wet weather.
