BELMOND LAUNCHES E-‐GIFT CARDS
4 February 2015 – Belmond has launched personalised e-‐Gift Cards, available at belmond.com/giftcards. Redeemable for stays and services at all of Belmond’s luxury hotels and for travel aboard the collection’s range of iconic trains and river cruises across the globe, the service is a quick-‐and-‐easy way to give loved ones the gift of travel. Customers can select from a range of evocative designs, personalise their purchase with a message and choose whether to deliver their e-‐Gift Card electronically or in person with a printed certificate. Email delivery is available either straightaway or at a scheduled time, with senders receiving a notification as soon as their gift has been viewed. The e-‐Gift Cards do not expire, allowing recipients to peruse Belmond’s range of unique travel experiences at their own pace – including a private romantic private dinner on a floating pool platform at Belmond Hotel Caruso in Ravello, Italy; a caviar and vodka pairing session at Russia’s first five-‐star hotel Belmond Grand Hotel Europe in St Petersburg; and celebrity chef hosted dinners and scenic journeys through the British countryside on-‐board the vintage 1920s carriages of Belmond British Pullman. The e-‐Gift Card service works on desktop and mobile devices and the e-‐cards are available in USD, EUR and GBP.
