Todd Cullen EASTER 2019 Mark 1:16-20 Jesus’ invitation was simple: Follow Me Jesus’ invitation came with an instruction: I will make you fishers of men What did Jesus mean when He said follow me? Fishers of men (Mark 1:17 & Matthew 4:19) Feed my lambs (John 21:15) Tend my sheep (John 21:16) Feed my sheep (John 21:17) Be the very last (Mark 9:35) Be the servant of all (Mark 9:35) NOT A FOLLOWER? Before you can Follow, you must BELIEVE Jesus DIED for you to take your place so your sins would be forgiven. Without Jesus, we have no direct access to God because we are sinners. Romans 3:10 There is NOTHING we can do to earn our way to Heaven. It is a FREE GIFT! Ephesian 2:8-9 John 3:16 Jesus ROSE AGAIN to prove He conquered death so you can live forever in heaven when you die.

ALREADY A FOLLOWER? Follow Jesus’ instruction and model His example If you are a follower of Jesus, your life will be immersed in serving others and putting their needs above your own. How can we say we follow Jesus and refuse to love & serve others more than ourselves? The self-LESS Life is the CHRIST-like life!
