Easter Flowers 2017 Order form Once again our chancel will be decorated on Easter Sunday with a variety of beautiful flowering plants. You may purchase a plant in honor of or in memory of family and friends. The choices are listed below. Fill out this form, then pay with check, cash, or credit card at the church office or by phone (274-1534). We will also have an online order form at www.westpres.org. Please note “Easter Plant” in the note field online or the memo line on your check. Plants may be picked up after the 11:00 a.m. service on Easter Sunday, April 16.
