Savoury Temptations Pineapple scented glazed ham with clove, peppered rocket on buttermilk bread  Ricotta & citrus pesto with chilli and sunflower seeds on wholemeal bread  Hummus with chickpea, candied carrot, sumac on cape seed bread  Egg, sundried tomato and spinach pinwheel sandwich  Savoury apple, Spanish onion and blue cheese tartlet

Sweet Delights Milk chocolate and honey Easter egg cup cake  Spiced carrot mousse with cream cheese  Lemon myrtle and macadamia cookie  Caramel and fig shortbread tartlet

Served with free-flowing Vittoria coffee blends, hot chocolate, Jing Tea and herbal infusions.  This will be accompanied by your chosen beverage package if you have selected one. Additional beverages are available on request for a fee.
