eCommerce Senior Content Coordinator Salary: DOE We’re Ted Baker and we’re looking for an eCommerce Senior Content Coordinator with exceptional talent to join our eCommerce team in London. Reporting to the eCommerce Content Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of Ted’s websites and managing a team of Content Coordinators. Job Description 

Manage a team of Content Coordinators, supervising their workload and instilling proactivity and attention to detail. You will keep the websites maintained and up to the very high standards required whilst motivating and challenging the team.



Review the website performance, design, UX and commerciality on a regular basis. Providing recommendations for enhancements and working with the support team to create specifications for enhancements. You will be responsible for testing new releases and feeding back to developers.



Manage the daily product publishing process ensuring that product is published to the website, fully enriched and merchandised in a timely manner, working with the trading teams to ensure all products are online and categories are monitored.



Quality control the site daily to ensure product information and images are displayed correctly, by performing regular site walks.



Ensure that the sites are VM’d to the high standards expected, working closely with the studio and trade teams.



Take ownership of the content section of critical paths and ensure we are meeting KPI’s. Update & maintain the critical paths on a daily basis to ensure status information on all products is accurate across all sites.



Supporting the Deputy Content Manager, Content Manager and Project Manager on major eCommerce projects, developments and launches, leading projects where required.



Planning for and overseeing key site updates such as sale, customer event, product launches and season launches and project manage them through to go live. Creating briefs and working with design team and Editorial Coordinator to ensure content is engaging and relevant.



Manage the weekly site changes, meeting deadlines, taking ownership of quality control and reviewing user journey.



Manage troubleshooting process, raising support tickets and liaising with support teams to ensure timely bug fixes.



Support and maintain the outcomes of the photography style guide with the studio photographers and ensure follow through onto the live sites.



Action any issues communicated from other areas of the business with regards to the appearance of imagery or information on the site.



Manage weekly reporting, using analytics tools to gain meaningful insights into site and content performance and use these to make recommendations.

Candidate Requirements 

High level understanding and strong experience using Content Management Systems.



Must thrive in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of attention-to-detail. Keeping a cool head when multi-tasking and handling a number of projects.



Good and clear communicator at all levels with the ability to influence others and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers.



Keen interest in fashion with an ability to make decisions with a commercial view.



Highly organised to ensure the smooth running of all daily operations.



Previous management experience.



Drive, enthusiasm and a passion for retail.



Good understanding of SEO best practices and how content can support SEO.



A good understanding of photography
