Your charges, per billing cycle, for this Fixed Rate Time of Use product are determined using the following formula: (Weekday kWh usage x (Infuse Weekday Energy Charge + Oncor Weekday Energy Charge)) + Oncor Base Fee. Note that any applicable Oncor charges are passed through at cost (with no mark-up).

In the event Oncor fails to record complete interval data, Infuse will estimate usage for missing periods using ERCOT backcasted profile data scaled to equal your kWh volume for the billing period. If the summed kWh interval usage data does not equal the total kWh usage for the billing period provided by Oncor, the interval data will be proportionately adjusted so the sum of all of the intervals equals the total kWh usage provided by Oncor.
