Navitas’ UK eMarketing function is seeking to employ an eMarketing Officer as a full time member of its Group Marketing team. Based in our Navitas office at Swansea this exciting position will work directly with the Navitas eMarketing Manager, UK and the Group Web/eMarketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver innovative digital campaigns, implement new online strategies and take ownership of key advertising accounts that deliver results. The successful applicant will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a vibrant team environment and has a passion for digital marketing. The key accountabilities of the role include:    

Campaign Management Lead Generation & Nurturing Reporting & Analytics Social Media Marketing

Essential Criteria:               

Educated to degree level in a related discipline Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Proven ability to deliver effective PPC campaigns (Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, Retargetting) Demonstrable experience of implementing online marketing strategies Demonstrable basic skills in HTML/CSS Familiarity with design, typography and web design principles In-depth understanding of international digital marketing channels Broad awareness of social media channels and how to leverage them in a business context Deep understanding of advertising and communication techniques Solid knowledge of SEO techniques Strong familiarity with design, typography and web design principles Excellent communication skills Passion for digital technologies Logical and analytical thinker Acute attention to detail
