English Language Courses
Please check your Letter of Offer for your course start and end dates. These dates cannot be changed once you have started the course. Students will not be able to commence their course until PIBT has received payment and a signed Acceptance of Offer Form.
Please bring with you:
A copy of your Letter of Offer Your passport/visa details Your Overseas Student Health Cover details (if you have an existing membership) Your address details and contact numbers in Australia
LATE ARRIVALS New students who arrive in Perth late must visit Reception as soon as possible after arrival. Late arrivals for Direct Entry Program and University English Bridging Course 1 & 2 will not be accepted. Please contact us if you are going to arrive late for any courses at PIBT. Students will take a placement test and be placed into a class on arrival, or advised of the next Orientation date. Students who miss their orientation date and commence at a later date will be charged for the weeks they miss.

10.00am — 11:30am Placement testing 11.30am — 12:00pm Student ID card and computer login access arranged
Class Times Monday — Thursday 8.30am-2.15pm Friday 8.30—12.30pm Please be in all your classes on time to start your lessons on time. Students who are late will be marked absent and excluded from the classroom until the next session.
