Surrey and Sussex Masters County Championships/ Open Masters Meeting Weir Archer Athletics Stadium, Kingsmeadow, 422a Kingston Road, Kingston Surrey KT1 3PB Sunday 2nd June 2019 The meeting will be held under WMA and UKA rules with Photo finish and EDM for long throws. Entry will be £7 per event. Closing date and time for entries 12 noon on Saturday 18th May 2019 – NO LATE ENTRIES and NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY The timetable will be available on the Surrey and Sussex Websites after the closing date however the expected start time for the field events is 9.30am and the track is 12 noon. To enter the Surrey County AA Masters Championships, Sussex County AA Championships you must possess a current Surrey or Sussex qualification and an Area Registration number (England, Wales, . Details of the UKA rules regarding County qualification can be found at www.surreyathletics.org.uk/qualification where there is also a definition of what constitutes the county of Surrey for this purpose. To enter the County Championship you must not have competed in another county's championship nor have represented another county in inter-county competition during the current competition year which commenced on 1st October 2018. Surrey and Sussex entrants a current and valid EA registration number (or other UKA Area Registration number) before they can enter. Registration numbers must be obtained from your club Membership Secretary. A valid email address must be provided with your entry. Vest: You must wear your Club vest, Vets Regional vest or GB vest. All field events, with the exception of the pole vault and high jump, will be limited to four trials.

Events Events will be held across all age groups in 5 year age bands from W/M35 and above. Due to only one circle being available we will not be holding heavy hammer events this year. • Track: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500, 5k • Hurdles: 80mH, 100mH, 110mH, 300mH, 400mH • Walk: 3k Walk • Throws: Hammer, Discus, Shot, Javelin • Jumps: Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump & Pole Vault

Surrey medals will be award to the first three athletes in all events however many people have entered or are in the age category. Sussex medals will be awarded to the first three athletes in all events however many people have entered or are in the age category and who have reached the SCVAC Medal Standard. Data protection: For eligibility to compete, athletes provide personal data including a DOB, club affiliation, England Athletics registration number, contact information. This data is held on our system as a record of performances (PBs, CBPs, records). It is also used as a way of providing information on future events etc. unless it is requested that this information is removed, by emailing [email protected] Removing this information would mean any records set will not appear on the Surrey or Sussex AA website/in literature. Furthermore, your result would not be published on the Surrey or Sussex AA website, on Power of 10 or other athletics result services.
