Executive Assistant To Executive Pastor of Connections and Development Milestone Church Keller, Texas

Employment Type: F/T 40 hours per week

Synopsis of Role The Executive Assistant to the Executive Pastor of Connections and Development serves as the executive, confidential, trusted assistant to the Executive Pastor of Connections and Development of Milestone Church. The Executive Assistant to the Executive Pastor of Connections and Development provides high-level support to the Executive Pastor of Connections and Development in a wide range of activities involving office administrative duties, extensive communication with staff, church members, and the community, and the organization of church activities.

Principal Responsibilities Communications with church members, attendees, other staff members, and community partners. Initiate processes and be proactive in solving problems for Executive Pastor of Connections and Development. Represent Executive Pastor of Connections and Development to Connection and Development team. Organize and implement the Development Group process for communication, recruitment, calendaring and clarity for Pastor’s leading Men’s Development Groups. Represent Executive Pastor of Connections and Development to outside pastors who pursue networking and relationship with MSC. Plan and execute annual pastors round table event. Implement tiered resourcing process to serve churches inquiring of Milestone graphics, manuals, policies, coaching, oversight, etc. Schedule meetings, manage conflicts, develop and implement an optimal schedule rhythm for Executive Pastor of Connections and Development calendar. Process monthly expense reports, track budget to actual expenses and report variances to Executive Pastor of Connections and Development. Event/project research and management.

Proficient knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Mail Proficient knowledge of technology including church management systems



Education/Certification Requirements Bachelor degree in Business or related field. 3 – 5 years administrative assistant experience. Combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Key Performance Measurements Maintain communication with Supervisor, Director, and other departments Use daily, weekly, and, monthly measurements such as perform weekly audits, answer emails daily
