Corporate Experience The founders of Tricension have over 50 years of combined experience in solutions design and development experience in large enterprises in Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Manufacturing and others. Since founding Tricension in early 2008, the team has delivered over 80 software design and development solutions. Our solutions team executes the full software development lifecycle professional services. Specifically, our solutions engagements involve; starting with an understanding of the business drivers and objectives for the initiative, then working with the subject matter experts and process owners to iteratively develop project requirements, execute the software development iterations with feedback cycles, execute Quality Assurance Iterations / User Acceptance Testing, conduct end to end testing, complete data conversions, implement in production and offer production support.
Perceptive Partnership Tricension has an ongoing strategic relationship with Perceptive Software, also headquartered in Kansas City. Through this partnership, we have established trusted relationships with key members of the Perceptive organization, including some of the top executives in the firm. This relationship allows us to be plugged into the latest happenings in-and-around the organization and provides the ability for us pass along valuable client feedback to their team. In addition to ImageNow solution design and engineering, Tricension has directly contributed to product software produced by Perceptive. Perceptive has called upon us in the development of their ImageNow HTML5 client as well as their Eclipse Forms Plug-in. Tricension also designed and developed the .NETbased ImageNow SDK to allow users to develop their own integrated solutions.

Product Description Summary Tricension’s approach to the RFP is to provide dedicated Perceptive Solutions Design and Engineering resource(s) to augment the University’s existing staff in support of this RFP. From what is described, it does not appear that more than one resource would be required, but Tricension would make others available if required. Tricension typically will send resources on-site during the initial phases of the project to ensure proper relationships are created and requirements are fully understood. begins, Tricension will operate either on-site or remote depending on what works best for the University and its staff. Tricension will follow standard design processes as established by Perceptive to ensure proper solution delivery.
Delivery Schedule Upon Notification of success with the RFP, Tricension would have a dedicated resource in as few as two weeks and not to exceed 4 weeks. Tricesion’s Solutions team is generally available for short term assignments within two weeks and can engage in larger statement of work projects within a two to four week timeframe.
Note: Delivery Schedule does not reference the do not include the time for the actual file load into ImageNow. Load testing on available system resources are required to properly determine document load time.
