EXHIBITOR APPLICATION Event: Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 5:30pm-9:00pm Exhibitor Set-up: 9am-5pm; Take-down: 9:15pm–10pm Location: Silver Wings Ballroom, 4100 Hwy. 105, Brenham TX Application Timeline: Chamber Members: July 1 – July 31, 2014 New Exhibitors/Non-members: August 1 –until all exhibit space is full

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting your products/services at this Ladies Night Out event! Space is limited, and this application form is part of a juried process to confirm exhibitors and vendors. EXHIBITOR FEES: Single space - Dimensions: 8’x8’, includes one 6’ table and 2 folding chairs  Chamber members $35.00  Non- members: $55.00 Double space - Total dimensions: 16’x8’, includes one 6’ table and 2 folding chairs  Add an additional $25.00____ You are welcome to bring additional tables/display racks to fit in your specified area. Please pre-measure to be sure they will fit within your space and not encroach into any aisles.

Optional: one black floor-length tablecloth to cover the 6’ table in your space:  $15.00 Electricity access requested?  Yes  No (Limited availability. Enjoy dinner while you work! Optional catered meal for $20 per person A caterer will be on-site to serve a delicious fajita dinner to those interested on an optional basis. The meal will consist of chicken and beef fajitas plus all the trimmings and one bar drink ticket (good for beer/wine/soft drink/water). Exhibitors will have a special time to dine from 4:45pm-5:15pm, just before the event begins. This way, you will be able to finish the hard work of setting up and enjoy a break to eat dinner on-site! The Event Committee will monitor the room and ensure that no exhibits are disturbed during this time. This meal option is only available in advance; not for purchase the night of the event.

Checks from accepted exhibitors will be deposited after acceptance. The Event Committee reserves the right to not accept any application without recourse. In order to achieve a diverse shopping and entertainment experience, the Event Committee may limit the number of booths promoting similar items or services. Exhibitors selling items prohibited by the event location, including items not represented in the description on this application or deemed inappropriate for a community event, will be asked to leave without refund of fees. All county & state licenses, taxes, & sales taxes are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of each exhibitor. All fees are non-refundable once admittance to the event is granted. Full refunds will be given with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Between 48 hours prior and the start of the event, 50% of fees will be refunded. If you are accepted as an exhibitor, your space must reflect what is represented in this application. You may not give/sell your space to anyone else, nor can you share the space with anyone who has not applied. Please do not begin to take down exhibits prior to 9:15pm on the night of the event.  I have read all of the terms of this application and agree to abide by them. I agree to assume responsibility for my merchandise and personal property at all times during the entire period of the event from the beginning of the set up through the close of the event and completion of take-down. I release the Washington County Chamber, Event Committee, and Silver Wings Ballroom and their employees of any liability of loss, theft, damage, or claims of any kind to any of my merchandise or personal property.
