Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) Statement of Tuition Assurance Under the provisions of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) Education Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd trading as Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology (the First Provider) is required to provide a tuition assurance arrangement for persons, other than overseas students*, who are enrolled in higher education courses it offers. This requirement is to protect students in the event that Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology ceases to provide a course of study in which a student is enrolled. In the event that Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology ceases to provide a course of study in which a student is enrolled the tuition assurance scheme will source similar training to allow the student to complete their studies without further financial burden. However if the student cannot be placed, the tuition assurance will make refunds. The refund will be for up-front payments for any unit of study that the student commences but does not complete because Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology ceases to provide the course of study of which the unit forms part. Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology has met the tuition assurance requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) through its current membership of the Australian Student Tuition Assurance Scheme (ASTAS) FEE-HELP with the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET). [email protected] If Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology ceases to provide a course of study, ASTAS will send a student enrolled in the course of study a Written Tuition Assurance Offer (the Offer). ACPET will provide this Offer within twenty Business Days after it knows, or should now by reasonable enquiries that the Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology has ceased to provide the course or study. The course of study for which Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology has ACPET membership under this statement is Certificate IV Tertiary Preparation Program. This Statement of Tuition Assurance will be made public to students on the Eynesbury website www.eynesbury.navitas.com under Policies and Procedures. *See Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2002 for the definition of overseas student
