Page 24 of Faculty Handbook – Section IV 4.16 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY Course syllabi and course lecture materials produced/created by individual faculty members are the property of that individual for the educational benefit of the college and may remain with both the faculty member and the college beyond the employment of the individual. Other creative and intellectual materials such as published books, anthems, art work and plays remain the property of the faculty member.
