@ Your Home Drive Time: Ask your child what it means that God is “eternal and external” This year your child is bringing a GodTime handout home each week to develop a personal time with God. Drive Time: Ask your child about what they have learned about Satan. Talk about why God hates the rebellious heart. Review John 1:1-3 with your child Drive Time: Ask about the 4 A’s: God’s way to deal with sins in their lives: Acknowledge your responsibility/Ask forgiveness/Make Amends /Turn Away. Bed Time: Pray with your child to have an undivided heart. Pray for your child to have a heart pure and devoted to God Refrigerator Note: Make a poster of 2 Corinthians 1:20 to remind each other God is faithful and trustworthy. Bed Time: Read Romans 8:28 together and talk about how God can use both good and bad times for His purpose as He did in the life of Joseph. Mealtime: Ask your child to share how the 10 plagues related to the Egyptians gods in Exodus. Talk about how we should make God #1 in our lives Bed Time: The GodTime page your child brought from Sunday goes along with their Sunday School lessons. Use this week’s Godtime for Bed Time talk. Mealtime: Talk about how the Israelites failed to trust God, whining and complaining. Challenge your family to monitor their attitude this week!

Meal Time: Ask your child about what Big doG stands for (Disciple of God) and talk about what it means to have God as our master.
Bed Time: Ask your child to share what they have learned about God over the past two months. Bed Time: Teach your child to pray using Psalm 51:10-11, asking God to create a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within them. Meal Time: Read Proverbs 1:7 before dinner and talk about how each of your family can life wisely by following God’s instruction written in the Bible. Family Project: Make an invitation card to invite another family to Carmel’s Christmas Eve service sharing the Christmas story and go on caroling in your street!
