Women’s Spring Gathering 2018 FAQ Q: I purchased a ticket but now I can't come to the event. Can I get my money back? A: All tickets are non-refundable. If the demand for tickets is high (and it usually is), you should be able to sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Q: If tickets sell out, will there be a waiting list? A: If tickets sell out, we will keep a waiting list of people who would like to attend the event. Q: Is it open seating on event night? A: All seats will be preassigned. You will receive your ticket with your seat assignment, by email. Q: Can I bring a friend the night of the event? A: Tickets will not be available the night of the event. The final day of ticket sales will be April 12, 2018, unless they sell out earlier than that. Q: Can I order a special meal due to dietary concerns? A: We are unable to accommodate special dietary requests. If this affects you or someone at your table, you are welcome to bring something that accommodates their needs. Q: What is the dress for this event? A: There is no set dress code but most of our guests are usually dressed in business casual attire. Q: Can I enter the auditorium before 6:15 pm? A: Only our table designers are allowed in the auditorium before the doors open. Q: Can I wait and buy my tickets in April? A: This event has historically been quite popular and usually is a sell-out. We would suggest that you buy your tickets sooner rather than later. Q: Will I be able to have Jamie sign my book? A: Yes. Jamie is planning to do a meet and greet after the event. Q: I'm coming with a group of people. Will we be able to sit together? A: We do our best to accommodate all seating requests. However, it may not be possible depending on the size of your party. Q: Where should I enter the night of the event. A: You may enter the upper or lower lobby doors.
