The “mission fair” was very well done. Lunch was delicious. And hospitality was great. • Worship service was awesome. Presentation on doing mission together with local and General Assembly mission agency. Thanks to Rev. Desiree Lawson for the wonderful sermon on mindfulness of God in worship. Meeting flowed with good business in appropriate time. Human interspaced always helpful. • Information tables very good. • Table talks. • Rev. Desiree Lawson’s welcome. Great equipping time. Warren Ave report and celebration. • Things moved along very well. Meal was delicious. Thank you to Trinity-United. • The communion service. Rear first. The choir – wonderful voices. The diversity and welcoming faces of the congregation. I feel free to be me in this church. The passion of the pianist! Hospitality here was incredible! • Presentations were informative – glad to see this format continuing to be used. Very, very helpful. Maybe thinking of the teams of Sessions – you could focus on helpful ideas and resources thinking of these teams and committees. (like today with Consumers Energy and Presbytery Mission) • Excellent and dynamic development of the mission theme. • Rev. Desiree Lawson’s sermon – amen! Lunch! Soup was great. Snacks 4 the road. • Short presentation. Church service and sermon. • Worship; table time and three presentations very informative. • Worship, good agenda, great lunch. • Good presentations and table conversations. Great/beautiful/inspiring worship. Lunch was great – chicken wild rice soup dish! • Always interesting and informative. I love the suggestion to help our individual committees. I will take this information and change my church to institute new behavior.

2. What would you suggest for upcoming meetings? • No suggestion at this time. • Leader training – Change, Courage, Conflict, Collegiality, IT Training, Presbyterian Curriculums. • Bring/invite the youth from churches to attend Presbytery meeting with the hope of helping them to know the bigger church. Perhaps the youth could lead worship or music/sing/choir. • Return to receiving 2 Coins A Meal at the lunch. • We all had trouble coming up with joys of the world. Joy or laughter workshop. Guns to Garden Tools Blacksmithing Demo. • Different types of missions done in different towns, states, countries. • Please have actual bread for gluten free option for communion. Crackers were a disappointment. Also a gluten free desert would be nice. • Make sure slides, etc. are visible to audience. • Would have liked to have had more time to visit other mission tables. • Encourage speakers to limit their reports, possibly with encouragement from the moderator, to a certain number of minutes. • It would be helpful if the hosting church would provide their Wi-Fi password at the check-in table if they have one available. • Continue to work on having a specific theme around which the Presbytery meeting/call is organized. • Consent agenda set apart more clearly. Did we vote on staff twice? • On a Saturday.
