Bula Vinaka, As the holiday season dawns upon us, we once again find ourselves reminiscing on 2016 and the memories that were made along the way. We trust that you have had a memorable one and we welcome you and your loved ones to spend this Festive Season unwinding, recharging and recapping your blessings at the Sheraton and Westin Resorts, Fiji. The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa had an exciting addition with KItchen@WESTIN being re-branded to Kitchen Grill. This included the addition of a new bar just a few metres from the water’s edge, providing the perfect backdrop for sunset cocktails. A new Whisky Room for private dining is also a new feature of the restaurant. The resort launched its first 5-day, Westin Wellness Escape. The Escape featured activities such as yoga, mud baths, meditation, dance classes, and paddle boarding, etc to guide you towards relaxation, rejuvenation and taking a more holistic approach to your overall well-being of body and mind. We hope to make this a yearly event so stay tuned to our social pages! The Sheraton Fiji Resort upgraded its lobby area and meeting facilities to give the resort a much fresher appeal. A fun and interactive new activity for our younger guests – the Kids Can Cook Program every Saturdays has also proved most popular where kids become Chefs for a day and learn to make savoury and pastry items by our very own Patisserie team! We also had an exciting merger of our Starwood Brand. The most iconic and visionary name in hospitality, Marriott International, expanded to include the Starwood portfolio of hotels creating the world’s most desirable and prestigious collection of hotel brands!
