From the beginning they try to understand your child and the needs they have. Everyone employed is made aware of those needs. They support your child in their learning journey by working closely with other specialists that your child is involved with, so everyone works to the same agenda/goals. I feel my child is safe in this setting and settled very quickly into the transition of child care. I feel involved and informed about my child when she is in their care”. “We have been very impressed by the quality of childcare provided by Bo Peep Pre-school. Our daughter has special needs, so we initially had worries about how she would cope, and if she would thrive. She has had both excellent one to one support, and warm care from all the team. The staff are very friendly and clearly enjoy their roles caring for children. Our daughter’s needs include both physical and medical difficulties, but we have felt confident that she has been safe and she has had input which been tailored to her needs but always made her feel included. We would without hesitation recommend Bo Peep to all parents” “The SENCO support we have received has enabled us understand how best to help our son cope when he feels outside his comfort zone. Using flash cards as a visual aids, talking through processes with him and working together towards agreed targets has allowed him to make sound progress in areas of difficulty. By understanding what will happen next and what is expected of him has enabled him to feel safe, happy and confident to join in everyday activities”
