1 and 2 Year Health Reviews These sessions are run by our local health visiting team who will invite you to book your child’s 1 or 2 year check. 21& Co Third Thursday of the month -21 & co is a support group in Surrey and South West London dedicated to giving support to families who have children with Down Syndrome Adult Fitness A whole body workout and the children can come along too, they can exercise with you or be supervised by staff. Art and Craft Course Come along with your child to our new arts and crafts course. Learn new ideas for crafting. Have fun getting messy and creative with you child. Antenatal Classes Please book through your midwife. Advice for you and your partner to prepare for labour, birth and early parenthood. Baby and You A group for families with babies who are not yet walking. It is an opportunity to get to know your baby, discover how they learn and develop, and meet other parents and carers who also have young children. We also welcome pregnant parents-to-be who may want to learn more about bringing up babies or make friends with local parents who have little ones. Baby Play Meet other families with babies under 18 months, pregnant mums welcome! Social, Sensory and Discovery play for babies under 18 months.

Barnes Parent & Baby Yoga Baby yoga is a fun class for mums to bond, connect, play and relax with their babies while regaining flexibility, strength and stamina. This class is designed for infants from 8 weeks - before they crawl and mums who feel ready to start exercising gently. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket for your baby and a few of your baby’s favourite toys.

Creative Coaching A 6 week Creative Coaching Art course for parents wanting to de-stress and express themselves. You will learn new art techniques, create your own work and spend time reflecting as a group. Creche provided on a first come first serve basis.

Baby Rhyme Time and Rhyme Time Interactive music and rhymes for children and their parents/carers.

English Conversation and Writing Group (LEAH) Improve your English reading and writing skills in a small and friendly class for adults. With crèche. Run by volunteers from the Learn English at Home charity. Fresh Fridays A safe group for women who have experienced domestic abuse, where you will be able to share your experiences with others and guided through a process of identifying your own needs and setting personal goals. Getting Back to Work Thinking about returning? Come and build your confidence in this informative and practical workshop. Share ideas in a trusting and supportive environment and identify your skills and talents.

Get to Know Your Baby This is run by our local health visiting team. It covers attachment, sleep, and baby massage. Please book your place through the Children’s Centre. Kingston borough parents only. Ham Parent and Baby Yoga A playful class mixing yoga for baby and mum, supporting your baby’s development and your post-natal recovery. Home Start Play session with additional support for families run by volunteers from the Home Start charity.
