Final Dividend 2018 The Board of Management of Akzo Novel N.V. announces that the total dividend for the financial year 2018 has been set at EUR 1.80 per ordinary share. After deduction of the interim dividend of EUR 0.37 paid in 2018, a final dividend of EUR 1.43 will be paid through deduction of 15% dividend withholding tax. The following time table is applicable for payment of the dividend: 29 April 2019: trading ex-dividend 30 April 2019: record date 6 May 2019: payment of dividend Holders of ordinary shares will receive the dividend through their bank or broker in whose custody the shares are held on 30 April 2019 at the close of business (record date).
