Florida Teachers Classroom Supply Assistance Program Debit Card July 16, 2013 INTENT TO AWARD This notice is to advise all interested parties that as a result of successful negotiations the Florida Department of Education intends to enter into a contract with the following vendor: JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Potential respondents have 72 hours from posting of agency decision to protest the decision. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
