The Carvery will once again offer its lauded roast chicken for all your important celebrations at home or at the office. Our time-tested recipe calls for every bird to be brined for 24 hours in a special herb blend before it is spit-roasted and complemented with a shimmering bast of earthy truffle butter. This sinful combination also comes with roasted seasonal vegetables and rustic herbed potatoes. Each roast chicken weighs around 1.8kg and serves 4 to 6 guests.
