We have all been hurt before. People make us angry sometimes. It’s part of life. But when you can’t stop thinking about it, and it’s not getting better, maybe it’s time to think about forgiving them. So, what does it mean to forgive? Different people have different ideas about this. Maybe your family, or your community, or your church tell you it’s important to forgive someone. But what happens when you don’t know how? Or maybe you don’t think you can ever forgive the person.

Think of all the ways this is hurting YOU – is it making you less happy? Is it affecting your relationships or friendships? Decide whether it is worth it to hold on to your anger.
