Sunday, February 18, 2018 5:30 p.m. Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church 900 Alameda de la Pulgas Belmont, California With the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, all are invited to begin Great Lent by participating with other Bay Area communities in the Forgiveness Vespers Service. The homily will be offered by Rev. Father Aris Metrakos, Proistamenos at Holy Trinity Church in San Francisco. A makaronada reception will follow graciously hosted by the Holy Cross community.
